Manufacturing Headquarterd is located in Taishan City, Guangdong Province and covers a total building area of 100,000 square meters with six production lines for interior materials, panel furniture, wooden doors, pre-fabricated light weight wall, floors, and coating. Every production lines has advantaged equipment like microwave hot-press machine, CNC four-side cutter, automatic keyhole machine, flexible edge banding machine, CNC woodworking machine, and so on. Through technological innovation, the Company has achieved highly automatic and intelligent production lines for interior materials, panel furniture, wooden doors, pre-fabricated light weight wall, floors, and coating to greatly improve its capacity and efficiency. 300 front-line workers can complete 100,000 sets of formaldehyde-free panel furniture, 300,000 sets of formaldehyde-free interior doors and fire-rated doors, 500,000 square meters of fabricated partitions, and 1 million square meters of formaldehyde-free floor.
In addition, DANSN boasts strong independent R&D strength, a R&D and experimental testing center of 800 square meters, and a professional R&D team consisting of 8 R&D engineers and 15 quality engineers. The experimental testing center has tests of formaldehyde, screw holding, door strength, acoustic, end immersion and salt spray. Every procedure of R&D, design, and production of the Company conforms to international quality management systems and international certification procedures and standards.
