On March 1, 2019, the headquarters production base of Dansn Green Home Guangdong Co Ltd., Ltd. was officially put into operation today, marking the beginning of a new journey of manufacturing for Dansn.

Located in Taishan City, Guangdong Province, with a total construction area of 100,000 square meters, Dansn's headquarter production base is equipped with six production lines: interior material production line, panel furniture production line, wooden door production line, assembly partition wall production line, flooring production line and painting production line. Each production line is equipped with advanced equipments, such as high-speed computerized cutting saw, microwave heat press, CNC wood door four-side saw, automatic wood door sealing and locking stranding line, flexible sealing line, CNC woodworking machining center, automatic furniture board laminating line, and three-in-one painting UV line. Through technological innovation, Ambian has realized highly automatic and intelligentized inner material production line, panel furniture production line, wooden door production line, assembled partition wall production line, flooring production line, painting production line, etc., which has greatly improved the company's production capacity and efficiency, and the annual production capacity of 100,000 sets of formaldehyde-free panel furniture, 300,000 sets of formaldehyde-free indoor doors and fire doors, 500,000 square meters of assembled partition walls and 1,000,000 square meters of formaldehyde-free flooring can be realized by 300 front-line workers. 1 million square meters of formaldehyde-free flooring.
