On March 27,2019, leaders of Product Center and Purchasing Center of Beijing Ziroom visited DANSN Manufacturing Headquarter, accompanied by CEO GU Xiao of DANSN, Operation & HR Director WANG Chun, R&D Quality Manager HUANG Biao.

The group visited labs and production lines for interior materials, panel furniture, wooden doors, and coating. During this visit, CEO GU Xiao introduced the construction process, development and industrial scale of DANSN Manufacturing Headquarter in detail to leaders from Ziroom. They understood the advanced equipments and high capability and efficiency of automatic and intelligent production lines of DANSN.

After production lines, the group visited DANSN R&D and experimental testing center of 800 square meters. There are formaldehyde test, salt and spray test, screw holding test, door strength test, acoustic test, and end immersion test in the center. Tests focus on self-test, strictly control every link from R&D to production, aiming that all DANSN products conform to international quality management system, international certification process and standards. R&D Quality Manager HUANG Biao introduced operation procedures and test data analysis of each test. Ziroom leaders said, the center reflected DANSN well-established quanlity and monitoring system which is a significant point to select supplies.
