The Third Compilation Meeting of Technical Regulations on Decoration of Lease-type housing in CBDA Standards was held in Beijing Guoyi Hotel on August 30, 2019.
The meeting was jointly attended by China Building Decoration Association(CBDA), China Building Decoration Association Residential Leasing Industry Branch, chief editorial unit, participating units and industry colleagues, contributing to the editorial board of Technical Regulations on Decoration of Lease-type housing in CBDA Standards.
According to the Approval issued by CBDA on June 24, 2016, and Management of Compilation in CBDA Standards in Building Decoration Industry (trial) (CBDA [2017] No. 66), the third compilation meeting of Technical Regulations on Decoration of Lease-type housing was held in Beijing Guoyi Hotel, directed by China Building Decoration Association Residential Leasing Industry Branch, sponsored by Beijing Your Decoration Co., Ltd.

At the meeting, Director HUANG Biao mainly elaborated on two aspects.
Firstly, control formaldehyde of interior home materials. All interior home materials must control strictly formaldehyde in the process, including veneer, base material, glue, sponge and cloth. At present, there are formaldehyde-free particleboard and formaldehyde-free mineral fiber board as the preferred products. Although the formaldehyde-free products control the formaldehyde emission in the front end in production, it is a huge potential issue of the formaldehyde secondary pollution during production. Therefore, we should separate formaldehyde-free materials and panels with formaldehyde and install equipment of real-time monitoring of air formaldehyde data in the furniture workshop.
Secondly, decorative light composite partition panel. The factory standardized pre-production of light composite panels with decorative layers have advantage on partition wall. After the production of traditional wall finishing, the wall surface are plastered. The process has not only a long period, but also building waste to pollute the environment. However, dry method of laminated partition wall has a short period to create healthy environment and tenants can check in immediately.
