In the beginning of September in 2019, DANSN fire-rated doors has successfully passed the tests by Intertek, including BS 30/60/90-min test and UL 20/45/90mins test.

In order to increase series of fire-rated doors and enhance the company’s core competences in this product line, DANSN has developed a series of competitive wooden fire-rated door by virtue of the R%D strength, covering the series of products in British Standard (BS) and American Underwriter Laboratories Inc. (UL) certification. The BS 60mins and UL 20/60mins fire-rated doors are the thickness of 45mm. Door shutters are material composite stile as top grade A with good fire endurance in 1200 degrees Celsius. The intumescent seal can automatically expand in high temperature to obstruct smoke, complying with EN 1634-1: 2014 and BS 476P (20&22). The company made a new breakthrough on the R&D strength and production capacity for the sake of the success of the tests. It’s worth that DANSN fire-rated doors have met the requirements and is expected to pass the formal of BS 90mins and UL 90mins test.

The testing institution of DANSN fire-rated doors is Intertek, an international testing authority and a third party notary.
