In order to implement the formulation of The 19th CPC National Congress, “to develop rental market”, strengthen the optimization of residential rental housing, assembly and service and other, create lease environment of “safety, quality, green, science and technology” in all-round, improve people’s living standards and promote industry development and progress. Sponsored by China Building Decoration Association Residential Leasing Industry Branch, co-sponsored by Beijing Your Decoration Ltd., Technical Regulations on Decoration of Lease-type housing, CBDA Standards, Opening and Founding Meeting of the Editorial Board was held Beijing Century Jinyuan Hotel on November 9, 2018.

This conference was attached great importance from government departments, industry associations and many enterprises. More than 50 enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the leasing industry, including apartment enterprises, design enterprises, construction enterprises, materials enterprises, and service enterprises, have signed up for the conference, which was widely representative. Senior leaders of enterprises, association leaders and academic representatives attended the meeting, over 100 participants.

Gao Jun, Director of Industry Development Department of CBDA; Yang Chunyu, Secretary General of CBDA Residential Leasing Industry Branch; Zhang Shanzhou, editor in chief of unit, respectively shared and introduced Macro Policy, industry situation and development trend, industry chaos, meaning and purpose in preparation of Technical Regulations on Decoration of Lease-type housing, possible difficulties, challenges and opportunities as well as the relevant experience from previous preparation of other disciplines. The meeting determined to position and service range of the Regulations; main content of design, material, construction, intelligent and, service in the outline; main units of several modules; and the overall preparation cycle, promoted work plan and related costs.

The meeting was successfully held, which is a milestone in the industry of long-term rental apartments. The compilation of the Regulations greatly promoted development of the residential leasing industry with benign, orderly and healthy! The Regulations will guide the standardized operation of the enterprises.
