On June 14, 2020, the committee of draft for Technical Regulations on Decoration of Lease-type housing in CBDA Standards was held successfully in Metropark Lido Hotel Beijing.
The successful compilation of Technical Regulations on Decoration of Lease-type housing in CBDA Standards laid a solid foundation for development of standardizing decoration industry. The standards filled in the blanks of domestic rental housing industry. It has profound and far-reaching significance for rental housing decoration to standardize technical requirements, improve the levels, ensure the quality and meet demand of market.
According to the requirement of Approval of the CBDA Standards for Construction Decoration Industry in 2018 (13th Batch) issued by China Building Decoration Association (CBDA) on June 26, 2018, and the regulations of China Building Decoration Association Standard (CBDA Standard) Management Measures (CBDA [2019]108), Technical Regulations on Decoration of Lease-type housing jointly compiled by Beijing Your Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., Dansn New Material (Guang Dong) Co., Ltd. and other units, has completed the draft and reviewed it by the committee of experts.

The meeting set up a committee of experts on examination, chaired by Zhang Lei, Deputy Director of China National Engineering Research Center for Human Settlements. The experts included Shi Jinglin, Secretary General of Building Material Branch of China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization, Yin Xiaowei, Deputy Chief Engineer of Beijing Honggao Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., Xie Baoying, Chief Engineer of Beijing Jinlongteng Decoration Inc., and Jing Shiyun, Chief Engineer of Shengda Holdings Co., Ltd. The meeting was also attended by the editor-in-chief and some members of the editorial board.
The committee of experts on examination debriefed by the editorial board on the content of the present protocol and reviewed it article by article.

The successful meeting further promoted the development of the residential leasing industry with benign, orderly and healthy. Technical Regulations will standardize enterprises. As the first technical regulation of Decoration of Lease-type housing in China, it played an important role in standardizing industry and market, and optimizing industry resource structure.
