On July 3rd, Yin Bei, Vice President of Shenzhen Fondo Network Technology Co., Ltd. and other leaders visited Ambian's production base in Taishan, Guangdong Province. Founded in 2011, Shenzhen Fanduo Network Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as 'Fanduo') is a data-driven Internet open platform in China's residential service sector. Using mobile Internet technology, Fanduo has established an open, data-driven real estate transaction service platform, connecting and serving real estate brokerage merchants, home buyers and sellers, developers and other service providers in the residential field, with its main business covering new homes, second-hand homes, rentals, value-added services, and other areas related to residential services.
The delegation visited the wooden door production line, interior material production line, panel furniture production line, paint production line and laboratory of the headquarters production base. During the visit, Mr. Wang Chun, Director of Operations and Human Resources, introduced in detail the construction history, development status and industrial scale of the headquarters production base of Ambiente. The leaders of Fandor and their delegation had a close acquaintance with the advanced production equipment in the headquarters of Ambian, such as high-speed computerized cutting saws, microwave heat presses, CNC four-side saws for wooden doors, automatic wood door edging and locking strands, flexible edging lines, automatic furniture board laminating lines, and three-in-one painting UV lines, etc., and had a deep experience of the high productivity and high efficiency of highly automated and intelligent production lines.
After visiting the production lines, the leaders came to Ambian's own R&D and experimental testing center. The R&D and experimental testing center covers an area of 800 square meters and is built by a professional R&D and technical team including 8 R&D engineers and 15 quality engineers. The experimental test center is equipped with formaldehyde test, salt spray test, nail grip test, wooden door strength test, sound insulation test, soaking and boiling water test, etc. The center emphasizes on self-inspection, strictly controls and monitors every link from R&D to design and production, and strives to make sure that the products of Ambiente comply with the international quality management system as well as the international authentication process and standards. The leaders of Fandor said that the R&D and experimental testing center fully embodies Ambian's perfect quality control system, and a set of perfect self-inspection and self-control quality supervision system is an important indicator for Fandor's selection of suppliers.
At the end of the visit, the leaders of both sides reached a consensus on preliminary cooperation and were full of confidence in the cooperation between the two sides.
